Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RNPrecept collects on this website and what we do with it. It is short, because we collect very little.

Who we are

RNPrecept is a service of Impulse Learning LLC, Miami, Florida, USA ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers the website at rnprecept.com.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist

When you submit the waitlist form, we store:

• the email address you enter;
• the approximate country your connection comes from (country only — not a precise location);
• the web page that referred you, if any;
• the date and time of your signup.

Automatically, for every visitor

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks and abuse. We do not use this information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with your waitlist entry.

What we do not collect

Through this website we do not collect your name, phone number, postal address, payment details, health information, or any exam or study results. There are no user accounts and nothing is for sale here.

The RNPrecept study app is still in development and is not yet available. If and when it launches, it will have its own privacy disclosures, and we will update this policy before the app collects any information.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics, advertising, or social media pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we use your information

We use it only to:

• notify you when RNPrecept launches, and send you occasional updates about that launch;
• operate, maintain, and secure the website;
• comply with legal obligations.

If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the UK or EEA), ours is your consent for the waitlist, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for the technical data described above.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf under contract:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — website hosting, database storage, and security.
• Resend (United States) — delivery of the launch notification email, if and when we enable it.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or transferred, waitlist information may transfer with it; we will notify you by email before that happens.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until the launch announcement has been sent and for up to 12 months afterward, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. Server security logs are kept only for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Access — tell you what we hold about you;
• Correct — fix anything inaccurate;
• Delete — erase your information entirely;
• Withdraw consent — remove you from the waitlist at any time.

Depending on where you live — for example California (CCPA/CPRA), other US states, or the UK/EEA (UK GDPR/GDPR) — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what is collected and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live.

To make a request, email privacy@rnprecept.com. We will respond within 30 days. Because we hold so little, we may simply need you to send the request from the address you signed up with so we can locate your entry.

Children

This website is intended for nursing students and professionals, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and waitlist data is stored on our provider's managed infrastructure with access limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

We operate in the United States, and information is stored and processed there. If you are outside the US, you are sending your information to the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. If the change is material — for example, if we begin collecting something new — we will email everyone on the waitlist before it takes effect.
